What are eXp fees?
Maximum commission split cap is $16,000 per anniversary year for each agent.
Agents split their earned commission with the brokerage at an 80/20 percentage.
After reaching the commission split cap, agents keep 100% of commission on all transactions for the remainder of their specific anniversary year.
U.S. agent fees (USD):
$149 start-up fee (one time fee at time of application submission)
$85/month cloud brokerage fee
U.S. agent transaction fees (USD):
$25/transaction broker review fee
$60/transaction risk management fee ($750 annual cap)
Canada agent fees (CDN):
$199 start-up fee
$139/month cloud brokerage fee
Canada agent transaction fees (CDN):
$29/transaction broker review fee
$17/transaction risk management fee ($200 annual cap)
How much does it cost to be a part of Agent Uplift Community?
It does not cost you anything as long as you sign up with Shaina McAndrews as your sponsor.
Do I have to join eXp Realty to be a part of Agent Uplift Community?
Yes. This community works within eXp Realty and leverages the systems eXp Realty offers. Because we discuss sensitive information like commissions etc. we need to all be a part of the same brokerage. Many teams and brokerages transfer into eXp Realty- please call directly to discuss what that looks like (215.767.7150).

Use a computer (not a phone) so everything loads correctly.
Click “Join Now” at the bottom right of the page. You may need to hit the cookies 'accept all' prompt to see the Join Now button.
Create a login so you can save your progress and come back later if needed.
Step 1:

Once your login is created, you’ll see your eXp Join Dashboard with a task to complete your application and sign your ICA. Work through each section using the checklist below.
Personal Information:
Enter your name, home address, and emergency contact details.
Double‑check spelling and contact info so there are no delays in onboarding.
Once an agent with us, you can change this information in your eXp login.
Step 2 :
Sponsor Selection

This is your entry to Agent Uplift program- you must list your sponsor correctly!
List your sponsor as: Shaina McAndrews.
If needed, search by email: [email protected].
Watch the short eXp Sponsorship policy video and check “I have viewed the video and understand the sponsorship policy.”
Confirm you’ve selected the correct name before moving on—this choice is irrevocable once submitted. If not done correctly, you will NOT be a part of our community.

Complete Your Information

License & Experience:
Enter your real estate license number and state.
Step 4 :
Solo Or Team?
You can always find a team later.
Team Selection:
Select Team → Member → Shaina McAndrews Team
You can only join the team if you have spoken to Shaina first! You are still part of Agent Uplift as a solo agent or as a team member :)
If you are not joining the team and joining as a solo agent, select individual
Step 5 :
Add Your Financial details
Set Up How You Get Paid
You'll need:
Social Security Number for tax and W‑9 purposes.
Direct deposit details:
Personal or business account selection
Name on bank account
Bank Name
Routing Name
Account Number
Debit/credit card for your initial eXp setup fee and the $85 monthly fee (you can update this card later if needed).
Step 6 :
Sign & Submit
Sign Your Documents & Submit
Once all sections are complete, you’ll review and sign your Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) and any required onboarding documents. This is where you’ll confirm:
Your sponsor is listed as “Shaina McAndrews.”
You’ve accurately selected whether you’re joining as an individual (solo) or as a team member.
After you sign & submit:
Click Submit to send your application for broker review and license verification.
Take a quick screenshot or note of your Personal Code from your dashboard so you can track your onboarding status.
Step 7 :
Keep Things Moving
Track Your Onboarding
Once your application is submitted, there are a few important follow‑through steps.
Message Shaina (call, text, or email) to let her know your application is submitted so she can follow up internally on the next business day.
Use your Personal Code on the Onboarding Status Tracker inside your eXp dashboard to monitor your progress.
Log into eXp World → Agent Services regularly to check your status and respond quickly to any requests for documents or clarification.
There are currently thousands of agents in onboarding, so staying proactive helps keep your file moving.
